Is this program for me?

Who this Program is for:

Anyone interested in prevention and/or treatment of  chronic and degenerative diseases: metabolic diseases such as type 2 diabetes and morbid obesity. Exercise is a powerful therapy against the progression of cardiovascular diseases, cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, psychiatric disorders, and chronic pulmonary diseases. Those seeking a sense of physical and mental fortitude. Those seeking to build intrinsic motivation through self directed work. If you are seeking better discipline and mood, this program will get you on this track.

Rose and Kite programming is for anyone who wants well rounded, fully functional, biomechanically sound, alignment based exercise. A sturdy and well aligned frame is step one. Building muscle in a balanced way so the joints have equal support from all angles is next. Programming incorporates a multitude of adaptations so the body is well nourished and functional in terms of range of motion, flexibility, ability to jump, balance, move fast, hold heavy things, and breathe optimally. Movement should progress in the most copacetic way. Programming is designed after years of working with populations to see what is most effective. If you want to learn how your body works while you exercise, this program is for you.

Let’s take up more space in the world instead of trying to become smaller. Healthy means muscle. Muscle is the measure of health in the body. It is an endocrine organ that helps us metabolize, move, and thrive. It prevents injury and gives us physical and mental strength. When your end goal is  strength, your focus is on what your body can do, less on how it looks. Learn how to move well, and what works best for your BioIndividual body. Move for the sake of joy. Compare yourself to yourself, and ignore what others are doing. When you feel good, looking good comes naturally.

Can I get a refund?

There are no refunds, and classes are non-transferable. Expiration dates can be expanded only with permission from Rose and Kite.
