Functional Core-centered
Strength

Rose and Kite FCS group is a 3 person semi-private class that combines Pilates cadillac and reformer with resistance training, balance, and matwork. There are limited spots available, by appointment only. These classes are held in Cleveland, Georgia at the Koala Bird Ranch Gym. To learn more contact me.

What's included in our classes

Health is wealth. Movement is medicine. Investing in yourself is a pretty sound investment.   My programming is time tested (30 years of coaching), innovative, yet science based. Here are some core concepts you will enjoy in your classes.

Pilates

Stability, Alignment, Mindful movement. Gentle movement. Pilates sets a strong foundation for training and prevents injury.  Classes include Matwork, Reformer, and Cadillac (by appointment only for the equipment)

Balance and Stability

We train in proprioceptively rich environments to engage our central nervous system and maintain good balance and posture. This is an essential component of functional fitness.

Strong body = Strong will. Small FCS group classes build healthy muscle through science backed functional fitness and progressive load.

Mobility

Fascial movement along with  (SMR) self myofascial release help balance your muscle length to create healthy joint ROMs

HIIT and Cardiovascular training

Breathing Techniques

Interval training is gold. It supports metabolic, cardiovascular and hormone health. Training in different heart rate zones improves your Heart Rate Variability ( a measure of your body's ability to recover).

Otherwise known as breathwork. Learn many ways to use breath to facilitate better movement patterns. We start every class with breath. It's the foundation of movement. We end our class with cool downs and a moment of reflection and gratitude.
