Online Fitness Classes
Functional Fitness Semi- Privates
R&K signature stability and strength programming developed over 2 decades of training dancers and clients. This is a foundational class that covers mobility, stability, strength, coordination and motor skills..
Pilates Group classes
Group classes will adjust your alignment while you strengthen and lengthen on the mat. Good for all levels.
Strength Group Classes
This half hour class is mega bang for your buck. We utilize the principle of horizontal training to increase progressive load for muscle gain.
Somatics
Release tension in the body slowly and mindfully. Somatics is wrapped into our group Pilates classes. All levels.

Our 1-2-3-4 ever plan gives you a progressive, realistic and safe plan and includes stap by step recorded videos, live online personalized classes, and health coaching options.
We have 2 Main tracks:
TRACK 1: Live Online Instruction plus Online Library
Our popular Monthly unlimited pass is created for those who need a flexible schedule and need to vary the intensity of their workouts based on their health, energy level, or where they are in their cycle. The pass comes with unlimited access to the online library, and discounted health coaching sessions. You can sign up for recurring or pay month by month. There are tracks within this program such as Pilates and Somatics monthly, or 12 pack class cards with a generous expiration.

TRACK 2: Online Library with Personalized Recommendations
Maria created the 1-2-3-4ever plan to build your fitness level up thoughfully and carefully. The online library has 4 levels and Maria will fit you where you are ready and prescribe the right track for you based on an initial assessment. This is both affordable, and flexible to your busy schedule. There is accountability through email check ins and the option for personalized instruction if needed.
