Created by Maria Voisin, Rose and Kite Fitness is online personal training for women looking for a holistic and functional approach to exercise. Our programs include pilates, strength, HIIT, health coaching and mindset programs and a tight-knit community to support and encourage you along the way.

Fitness Classes

Functional Foundations: Small Group Training (55 min)

R&K signature stability and strength programming developed over 2 decades of training dancers and clients. This is a foundational class.

Pilates (50 min)

Group classes will adjust your alignment while you strengthen and lengthen on the mat. Good for all levels.

Somatics (30 min)

Group class that helps release tension in the body. All levels.

Strength (30 min) & Interval Training (30 min)

These 2 classes are half hour compliments to your Small Group Training and Pilates classes.

At Rose and Kite Fitness and Health Coaching, we believe that movement is the foundation of a healthy and happy life. We offer personalized health coaching and personal training sessions to help you move well, move often, and learn about yourself along the way. Whether you are in good health or If you struggle with autoimmune issues, inflammation, hormone imbalance, mystery illness, chronic stress, we are ready to help.  Our Monthly unlimited pass is created for those who need a flexible schedule and need to vary the intensity of their workouts based on their health, energy level, or where they are in their cycle. The pass comes with unlimited access to the online library, and discounted health coaching sessions. Our mission is to encourage people to feel fully alive in their bodies, create a life rich in meaning, and to embody the best version of themselves though a holistic lens.
